About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and highly organized IVF Patient Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for patients undergoing fertility treatment, providing guidance, support, and information throughout their journey.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, as you will be assisting international patients, particularly those traveling from China and other Mandarin-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between patients and the medical team.
• Provide clear communication and translation (English ↔ Mandarin) to ensure patients fully understand their treatment plans.
• Coordinate all aspects of the patient journey, including scheduling appointments, arranging treatment timelines, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Support patients with travel arrangements, accommodation, and transfers where necessary.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in line with hospital policies and data protection regulations.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients during the IVF process.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, follow-ups, and report preparation.

Requirements

• Must reside in North or South Cyprus (or willing to relocate).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in patient care, healthcare administration, or IVF/fertility services is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive approach.
